What makes water change state? Year 4 planned their own science investigations this week to find out if water would change state in our school environment. The children thought carefully to make sure their test was fair and would produce reliable results!
When collecting the results, the children made careful observations and discussed what they had found. I was impressed by their use of scientific language to describe what they could see!
The children then wrote up their results and we also discussed the reliability of our results and evaluated our fair tests. How could we improve our investigation next time?
